We are seeking a Program Manager, Global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) to evolve and implement our DEI strategy. This person will be responsible for driving DEI strategies to help achieve our mission of inspiring creativity. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced DEI Advocate to make a significant impact in a global organization and deliver results. Responsibilities Design and implement programs and projects for the DEI Center of Excellence to support global strategies and initiatives, including data/analytics, insights/research.

  • Ability to collaborate and shape regional programs that incorporate variations and adapt to the needs of various global partners and requirements.

  • Manage external partnerships, memberships, and DEI community relationships

  • Facilitate collaboration, and drive consultation with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and internal partners such as Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and HRBPs to help drive key initiatives

  • Partner and consult with diverse internal teams on diversity-related topics

  • Provide thought leadership in the DEI and talent arena and be willing to do tactical work to execute ideas and initiatives

  • Partner with Senior Business leaders to ensure talent practices and processes support the achievement of workforce diversity and compliance within Light & Wonder's diversity philosophy and principles.

  • Create and complete annual compliance and regulatory reporting

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • At least 5 years of DEI, Human Resources or related experience

  • Professional experience with job responsibilities in accessibility, equal employment opportunity/employment law, affirmative action, or diversity programs

  • Experience successfully implementing global and scalable DEI programs

  • Coaching - demonstrated experience coaching and working collaboratively with business and HR colleagues.

  • Experience in a large-scale global organization

  • Demonstrated ability to center the focus and voice of others

  • Ability to influence executive level leaders working as a collaborative partner across the overall business

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience utilizing data for persuasive storytelling
