Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Solutions Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, PA. As a vital part of the Enterprise Architecture team, the Lead Solutions Analyst will spearhead our Workplace Productivity initiatives. You'll collaborate with the Principal Enterprise Architect to map out our current state, design a future-focused vision, and execute strategic projects to achieve that vision. This role demands expertise in solution design, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.

About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience
  • At least 7 years of experience with Microsoft Office 365, including expertise in Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other core productivity tools to optimize workflows and drive adoption
  • At least 7 years of experience using tools like PowerBI and Excel

  • Experience conducting a thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Experience using generative AI to solve business problems

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Partner with the Principal Enterprise Architect in Workplace Productivity to:

    • Identify and document the current state of workplace productivity tools and technologies.

    • Develop a future state vision for workplace productivity, aligned with enterprise goals.

    • Define transition architectures to bridge the gap between current and future states.

    • Manage and execute projects to achieve the future state vision.

    • Act as a champion of Microsoft Office 365, leveraging expertise in Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and other core productivity tools to optimize workflows and drive adoption.

    • Analyze and interpret complex data using tools like PowerBI and Excel, demonstrating advanced expertise to provide insights that inform decision-making.

    • Provide input into the Enterprise generative AI strategy and actively use generative AI to solve business problems.

    • Possess experience with the development lifecycle, with a solid background in development to effectively collaborate with development teams.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workplace productivity solutions.
  • Lead application rationalization efforts to ensure the optimal use of workplace productivity tools and minimize redundancy.
  • Contribute to business capability mapping by identifying the technology capabilities required to support core business functions.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide active consultation to stakeholders in the development of business cases and in the feature prioritization and development of scope for a quarter or release.
  • Maintain an awareness of initiatives across the portfolio and business to identify synergies and opportunities.
  • Assess and evaluate existing solutions to determine their compatibility with new or evolving business needs.
  • Lead discussions and drive solution design/architecture to ensure requirement alignment and implementation of effective data models and structures.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure the proposed solutions are technically feasible and sustainable.
  • Create and maintain detailed Agile-oriented artifacts for proposed solutions, including functional and non-functional specifications, system flows, and data models.
  • Lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, UX, architecture and delivery management, to communicate and clarify requirements.
  • Define acceptance criteria and work with QA teams to ensure that solutions meet the specified requirements and are free of defects.
  • Participate in testing processes to validate the functionality and performance of solutions.
  • Participate in defect troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Drive improvements in the way Solutions Analysis performs its job, contribute to SA team process improvements and to the development of the SA team through knowledge sharing and mentoring.

Hours of Work

  • Full-time permanentposition primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed
  • Hybrid working schedule of 2-3 days/week on-site
  • Must live within a commutable distance to our Philadelphia, PA office
