MedRx is looking for an experienced Medical Sales & Training Exec to join our team in Largo Florida. The ideal candidate will have prior sales and/or audiology experience in a fast-paced environment and should feel comfortable engaging in sales dialogue and working in a performance metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities
    Drive daily sales objectives with a strong focus on company growth.
  • Target and cultivate new customers, ensuring successful launch planning and execution.
  • Provide training to professionals on the MedRx line of equipment.
  • Deliver engaging presentations to professionals at regional and national events.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls with Audiologists, Dispensers and at ENT practices.
  • Build strong relationships and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Meet performance KPIs including sales targets, outbound calls, and customer emails.
  • Plan, organize and control the daily activities.
  • Utilize a CRM tool for forecasting and reporting on sales activity.
  • Maintain accurate records to drive informed decision-making.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Excellent technical skills including proficiency utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Audiology degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of Sales experience required.
  • Experience using the CRM software Salesforce preferred.

Travel:

  • This position is subject to travel up to 50% for conferences and training.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able maintain a clear driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and any customer-required screening requirements.
