We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Associate, Brand Programs to join our Brand team. The ideal candidate will be at the forefront of managing and enhancing our brand programs, systems, and tools. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the brand's integrity and in facilitating the easy and effective activation of the brand for both internal teams and external partners.

About the Role
In this opportunity as Sr. Associate, Brand Programs, you will:

  • Plan, manage, and evaluate brand programs aimed at promoting and enhancing the brand identity.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Support the creation and use of brand assets such as logos, color schemes, typography, graphic and photo libraries, etc.
  • Maintain and update brand tools and templates, ensuring they are accessible and user-friendly.
  • Monitor adherence to brand guidelines within the company and with external partners.
  • Update and disseminate brand guidelines and policies to ensure consistent brand representation.
  • Engage with external agencies and vendors to ensure brand consistency in external communications.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for brand-related inquiries.
  • Communicate brand updates and news internally to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Track the effectiveness of brand programs and initiatives through various metrics and KPIs.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer feedback to inform brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand across the company's materials, assets, and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and report on the usage of brand tools and systems, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.


About You
You're a fit for the role of Sr. Associate, Brand Programs if your background includes:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and brand governance.
  • Proficiency in using brand management software and tools.
  • Creative and graphic design skills and expertise.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with the legal, tax, accounting, and risk industries is a plus.
