Provide detailed all-source intelligence products to support HUMINT operations, including in-depth analysis of technologies and networks in support of operational planning
Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
Employ an array of analytical methodologies leveraged against targeting requirements in order to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
Leverage the greater intelligence community to support to create effects-based opportunities
Produce various HUMINT specific targeting support products; utilizes client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, VOLTRON, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, and other investigative related databases
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with 3 years of experience as a HUMINT Targeting Specialist or another agency/organizational equivalent
Prior experience supporting enabling operations, either identifying and creating the opportunities or supporting ongoing operations
Certification from the any of the following courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent): Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
Current TS/SCI w/CI polygraph

Previous experience supporting enabling operations to include AFO/OPE
