Sentara Health Plan is hiring for a Team Coordinator - Business Systems Integration.
This is a Full-Time position, fully remote, with day shift hours and great benefits!

For applicants within Maryland, Nevada, Ohio and Washington States, the following hiring range will be applied: $73,753.68 - $110,619.60 with a target hiring range of $73,753.68 - $92,186.64
Job Responsibilities
Team Coordinator serves as a resource and strategic partner for Customer Operations/external departments.
Team Coordinator is a leadership role - managing day-to-day operations & Members of the Team (MOT)
Oversight of professional development/development plans for MOT
Demonstrate strong analytical thinking to resolve complex issues
Team Coordinator will have excellent written and oral communication
Understand different methodologies for managing projects and processes (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, etc.)
Perform analysis of all data into, out of, and within data repositories in support of Enrollment processes for accuracy
Identify and quantify quality issues within the organization and assist in the development of plans to address performance issues
Guide, mentor, and instruct MOT as they perform data analysis
Development of Executive Summaries to present to Leadership
Coordinate and manage External audits and results
Supports the maintenance of the policies and procedures
Work with SMEs to develop business rules that support the Enrollment processes
Overall oversight of projects, development of project plans and timeline
Job Requirements
Required to have 3+ years of experience with Analytics
Required to have3 years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and or Agile experience
Required to have 3+ years of Advanced Excel experience
Preferred Requirements
Preferred to have SQL experience
Preferred to have Management experience
Preferred to have Visio experience
