As an Experienced A/V Technician, you will be responsible for installing and configuring audio visual equipment in homes and commercial settings. Your technical expertise will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients enjoy a seamless and immersive audiovisual experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure audiovisual equipment, including but not limited to, televisions, projectors, sound systems, and smart home automation systems.
Perform cable management, routing, and concealment for a clean and professional appearance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with A/V systems.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific installation needs and provide personalized solutions.
Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of their audiovisual systems.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 75lbs
Proven experience as an A/V Technician in residential and commercial settings.
Strong knowledge of audiovisual equipment, cabling, and system integration.
Familiarity with home automation systems (e.g., Control4, Crestron) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record
CEDIA CIT certification is a plus
Hours are generally Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM. This full-time position starts at $18.00/hour plus a competive bonus program.
