Job Description

TSC's AISR (Airborne and ISR Solutions) Division is currently looking to hire a Logistics Scheduler with a focus on direct support to the Logistics Management Team. This role will require complex organization of data between multiple software systems in addition to various administrative, data collection, material schedule management, and forecasting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to complete tasks requiring considerable judgment and initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure data integrity and consistency by verifying data for accuracy and completeness across multiple software systems.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks using Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of databases and electronic records.
  • Develop solutions to routine technical problems following detailed instructions.
  • Analyze basic contractual documents, technical data, customer usage data, customer practices, customer operation characteristics, and related reports for assigned contracts to determine spares provisioning or maintenance and repair requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and initiatives.
  • Adhere to ITAR regulations and export compliance guidelines in all data entry processes.
  • Assist in submittal of commercial invoices for Property Management and Export Compliance Review.
  • Provide analysis for various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, or maintenance and repair activities for one or more projects.
  • Conduct distribution and network studies, monitor inventory, and analyze requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events.
  • Support the organization's adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks, as well as move materials within the warehouse.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus 2-4 years of experience
  • US citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a top secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced experience in Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and macros).
  • Deltek Costpoint and/or Veryon (Flightdocs) experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and work demands.
  • Must complete and maintain Hazmat/IATA/IMDG training and standards.
  • Able to successfully pass a valid OSHA approved forklift certification course.
  • Efficient math skills, including accurate counting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret departmental standard operating procedures.
