Learning Products Coordinator

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for managing a portfolio of learning initiatives within the organization. Drive the development of learning products, projects, and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritization of tasks, and ensure the successful execution of learning products, projects, and initiatives. Serve as the key liaison between the learning product owners, stakeholders, and other relevant departments to align learning initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Apply specific functional knowledge, working and general learning and development, and project management industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance and review or guide activities of junior employees. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in business administration, project management, communications, and product management
  • Experience in using project management, including Agile, and tools and methodologies to streamline workflows and optimize productivity
  • Experience in using software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience developing roadmaps and ensuring that products, projects, and initiatives are progressing on schedule
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, organizational conditions, and product and project requirements
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, set and meet deadlines, allocate resources effectively, and analyze budgets
  • Ability to contribute data to various quality assurance reports to ensure learning products meet the quality standards put forth by the team
  • Ability to display curiosity and development by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development
  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of experience in product coordination and project management in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in product life cycle management (PLM) methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in coordinating activities across various stages of product development, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support
  • Experience with PowerBI or Tableau
  • Experience with developing a stakeholder register or roster, conducting stakeholder plotting or mapping, and developing a stakeholder management strategy and plan
  • Possession of excellent project management skills
  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal clients
  • Certified Scrum Master, or Project Management Institute - Agile Certified Practitioner, or equivalent certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
