About This Role:

Best Practice Associates, LLC dba ofTria Federal (Tria) is seeking a talentedAssociate or Staff I Consultant to join our team of dynamic healthcare consulting professionals. Our consultants play a critical role in the continued long-term growth of the company and spend a significant amount of time interacting with clients, coordinating with project team members, and contributing to work products and contract deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Associate Responsibilities:
  • Proactively seeks knowledge of the client organization by researching background information and speaking with team members about project scope and goals
  • Conducts market research to identify trends that may impact client business operations, and shares knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriate
  • Actively participates within the team and seeks guidance and feedback from team members regarding work products, client needs and internal deliverables
  • Adheres to all established project processes and procedures. Understands and follows all rules and guidelines regarding resources and how to use them
  • Takes initiative to support team activities
  • Identifies problems within assigned project tasks and communicates with project leadership
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks to meet internal and external deadlines
  • Accurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team
Staff I Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the client organization, strategic goals, governance structure and overall client environment
  • Conducts analysis to identify market and other macro trends that impact client business operations, and shares knowledge both internally and externally, as appropriate
  • Actively participates within project team(s) and may keylead tasks
  • Seeks guidance and feedback from team members regarding work products, client needs and internal deliverables, and provides feedback to team members on deliverables and individual performance, as appropriate
  • Adheres to all established project processes, procedures and guidelines regarding resources and how to use them. Communicates with leadership regarding resource needs and communicates changes
  • Adheres to defined work plans while maintaining all established timelines and deliverable deadlines
  • Assists in developingeffective internal and external presentations and skillfully helps to facilitateclient and internal team meetings
  • Ability to meet internal and external deadlines by efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks and utilizing available resources
  • Accurately documents client communications and shares information with the project team

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with other data analytics software

Professional Certifications:

N/A

Education:

Bachelors Degree required. Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred

Clearance:

Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust

Years of Professional Experience:

Associate: 0-2 years of experience, preferably in a federal consulting environment or healthcare field. Or recent MPH/MHA/MBA grad with related internship or work experience

Staff I: 2-5 years of consulting or healthcare experience required, preferably in a federal consulting environment
