Providence is calling a Financial Analyst, Data and Analytics who will:

  • Serve as a member of the service area team and sit on local ministry teams to provide analytical support regarding the team's financial performance
  • Analyze, understand and report on key financial and business trends for the organization
  • Collect, research and organize financial and operational data to create and report monthly financials, variances and trending analyses

Please note the following important details regarding this position:

  • This role is an on-site position and will report into the office daily as scheduled
  • Work Week: Monday - Friday
  • Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm CST
  • Providence welcomes residents to apply who live within a daily commutable distance of our office location listed below:
  • Texas: Lubbock

Required qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 1+ years of analytical and business experience with the ability to apply business knowledge and analytical skills

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years of healthcare related experience
  • 2+ years of experience with big data, database query and analysis languages (e.g. Python, SQL, Snowflake SQL, R, Scala, SAS, Azure Data Bricks) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) required
  • Epic experience
