Inserso is seeking candidates to assist with the migration and sustainment of systems to the AWS Cloud One environment. The selected candidate will use the AWS Cloud One console to operate, maintain, and secure applications operating in the cloud environment. Candidate must have a positive attitude and the flexibility to adjust to US Air Force and DoD IT mandates pertaining to the development and security safeguards of application systems.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage the backup and restore of system configurations and cloud services.
• Create and manage user and asset accounts IAW the DoD Cloud Computing Security Reference Guide, Department of Air Force Manual (DAFMAN) 17-1304, and Air Force Instruction 17-130.
• Configure and manage application generated email for the test and development environment.
• Provide Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Gateway administration support.
• Provide operational support for encryption key management and rotation, encryption of volumes and data, and implementation and management of service encryption certificates.
• Conduct enhanced log aggregation and analysis.
• Capture all events, logs, audit information, and monitoring information provided by operating systems, platforms, networks, applications, and infrastructure.
• Support Cloud Access Management capabilities focusing on AWS and Azure systems access management capabilities in the hybrid cloud environment.
• Establish and execute Identity Management models and assist government lead in establishing processes and procedures for cloud systems access management.
• Conduct deployment of software application releases to both the web and database servers for all zones using Jenkins and Artifactory.
• Generate and review ACAS reports and share the information with the Application Support Team to meet mandatory cybersecurity vulnerability analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Work with the Cyber Team to remediate security vulnerabilities for the OS, software application components, and Oracle software.
• Generate security artifacts to include manual STIG Reviews, SCAP, and Access Management documents in support to software releases.
• Ensure the 24/7365 availability of the AR Public application and report and respond to any outage affecting availability.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Holds a successfully completed in-scope NACI, NACLC, T1, or higher background investigation or is eligible for an interim public trust while undergoing a new NACI, NACLC, T1, or higher background investigation.
• Bachelor's degree or related work experience.
• 4+ years of professional IT work experience.
• Experience working in US Department of Defense (DoD) IT environments.
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • AWS Cloud Formation Templates
  • Jenkins
  • Artifactory
  • Parameter Store
  • AWS CloudWatch
  • AWS Workspaces
  • AWS FSx
• Experience with ACAS reports.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience with AWS Cloud One.
• Experience with the following technologies:
  • Azure DevSecOps
  • Checkmarx
  • CI/CD Pipeline
  • AR, ERPIMS, and IIT applications
