What will you be doing?

Under broad supervision, this position is responsible for managing moderately complex single product line projects from proposal development and award through contract closeout. Responsibilities typically include planning, scheduling and control of project activities to achieve project objectives.

Required Experience

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience or experience in lieu of degree. 4 years of project-related experience is required. Advanced degrees may substitute for years of related experience.

The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

• Build and implement PMO processes; ability to understand exec KPI needs and develop/create repeatable, efficient templates and processes.
  
• Ability to identify, manage and escalate critical project sites and key tasks that could impact the business
  
• Interpersonal skills: communication skills both verbal and written
  
• Attention to detail - ability to identify risk and potential pitfalls

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $110,000 - $149,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
