Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer, you will collaborate with our clients to help design, implement, maintain, and test various technical solutions using the latest technologies. You will also be responsible for creating and enhancing Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines and multiple kinds of automation processes (build management, automated deployments, automated testing, configuration management, etc.).


What You'll Be Doing

  • Design and develop automated solutions for cloud-based infrastructure, such as scripts and code to provision and configure resources.
  • Assess current systems and processes, develop ways to improve them.
  • The primary duties include designing and developing extensive scripts to automate and integrate Cloud provisioning of Windows/ Linux services in all aspects including Directory Services, Kerberos/LDAP, virtual networking, and storage.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Processes: responsible for implementing and maintaining CI/CD processes for cloud-based infrastructure. They ensure that changes are tested, approved, and deployed in an automated and secure manner.
  • Provide technical documentation, procedures, and technical support to Ops concerning automation solution usage.
  • Update system documentation, diagrams and Standard Operation Procedures as needed.

Location and Travel Details

This is a remote position with occasional travel (if needed).


Security Clearance and Citizenship Requirements

Must be able to maintain a Secret Clearance.


Profile of Success

  • Experience working withing an agile/scrum process.
  • Strong knowledge of Source Code Control Systems.
  • Experience with automation solutions utilizing Ansible Automation Platform.
  • Experience with Windows Active Directory Strong experience coding and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Batch files, etc.).
  • Strong experience with Windows 2016 and above.
  • Proficient in various cloud automation technologies, including cloud infrastructure as code, containerization, and orchestration technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and insights from cloud-based infrastructure and system performance data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with other member.
