Role Overview:

The Director of Customer and Partnership Marketing leads the support and growth of customers across the customer journey while building scalable programs to support Enterprise and partnership opportunities. This leader will articulate a customer lifecycle roadmap that expands adoption and awareness of services, while also leading development of standardized programs to support large scale implementations. This role requires strong communication and relationship building skills across internal and external stakeholders, decision makers and team members.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Articulate the customer lifecycle roadmap in conjunction with the Customer Experience team, defining where marketing can support outreach to enterprise, affiliate and other customer groups.
  • Establish a customer advisory board in conjunctions with the Product Marketing team to inform pain points, opportunities and priorities.
  • Build customer segmentation to prioritize accounts and contacts for expansion, cross-sell and renewal programs.
  • Identify and optimize tools to help drive engagement in enterprise accounts, community resources, and templated solutions.
  • Identify and create a set of assets that are customizable and scalable across enterprise accounts and communicate the offerings to the sales team as part of our solution, including microsites, product slicks, video/live training, packaging.
  • Establish a roadmap for the brand's community to expand content and engagement.
  • Own collection of ideal customers to use in content marketing, working in conjunction with the Dir of Content Marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build regular cadence of communication and feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education or related field.
  • 7 or more years of business, marketing, education or PreK-12 industry experience.
  • Demonstrable ability to strategize approaches to events that maximize brand, lead gen and partnership development.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to define a process for event management that will drive measurable results
  • Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Role Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the education market is preferred, with emphasis on early education
  • Digital marketing and analytics experience.
