Responsibilities
What you will get to do as a Registered Medication Aide at Brightview?
- Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

A candidate's offer will take into consideration experience, qualifications, location, size of community (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview reviews and adjusts compensation ranges at least once a year.
Qualifications
