Job Description

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP's Government Enforcement and Investigations/Litigation team is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of significant antitrust experience, to be based in our DC office. The candidate should have a solid base in antitrust principles. Litigation skills preferred. Undergraduate coursework in economics is a plus, but not required. The associate will work closely with the partners in our Antitrust Practice on a variety of matters, including litigation, merger, government investigation, and counseling matters. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Please include writing sample with application materials. DC bar preferred.
