Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master

Overview:

Aveshka is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CRM SaaS technologies and agile methodology. The Project Manager/Scrum Master will be responsible for leading and managing the Salesforce project team, ensuring the team follows the process and best practices of the agile methodology, eliminating stoppers to guarantee project success, and driving the outcomes of the Scrum Team's work. The project involves modernizing the DSLR CoAg Lifecycle systems by integrating and unifying 11 mission-critical business processes into a unified DSLR Salesforce CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge and adherence to the DSLR Information Technology Roadmap and its objectives
• Lead and manage the Salesforce project team
• Ensure the team follows the process and best practices of the agile methodology
• Eliminate stoppers to guarantee project success
• Drive the outcomes of the Scrum Team's work
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Design, develop, maintain, and implement automated tools and technologies to allow an agile deployment
• Design software architectures, environment management, and provisioning
• Establish DevOps capabilities
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members
• Participate in designing the software architectures, environment management, and provisioning
• Participate in release/readiness/demos
• Write and execute test cases from the requirements
• Responsible for creating the training strategy
• Identify training needs accordingly and maps out development plans for teams and individuals using an operational Change Management approach

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and CRM SaaS technologies
• 3+ years of experience in Scrum Master role
• Experience in managing and leading Salesforce project teams.
• Knowledge of integrated CoAg Lifecycle in a unified DSLR platform.
• Past experience in similar projects (modernize Lifecycle systems to meet business and technology needs as well as Data Modernization Initiatives
• Experience in Salesforce and CRM SaaS technologies
• Strong understanding of agile methodology and experience in Scrum Master role
• Experience in managing and leading Salesforce project teams
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks
• Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and implementing automated tools and technologies to allow an agile deployment
• Experience in designing software architectures, environment management, and provisioning
• Ability to establish DevOps capabilities
