MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications or related field;
ORHigh School Diploma or equivalentANDFour (4) years of data analytics experience.
EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year of experience in data analysis and/or health care planning background.
2. One (1) year of experience with reporting tools such as Tableau.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EXPERIENCE:
1. Project management experience in a large organization.
2. Experience in a hospital environment.

1. Performs data analysis of patient populations managed by the Population Health Team.
2. Using data analysis, identifies opportunities that will improve the health of our patients, improve the care that our patients receive, and/or lower the cost of care for our patients.
3. Defines goals and objectives of specific initiatives; documenting, monitoring, and tracking of each initiative's progress.
4. Provides analytical insights from data to drive strategic decisions.
5. Manages expectations and engages management to review/resolve any potential changes to project scope, expected deliverables, etc.
6. Assists Population Health management to revise initiatives, project plan timelines, and action as needed.
7. Participates in training and professional development sessions.
8. Assists with the preparation of progress reports for Executive Leadership to outline implementation status, key issues and barriers that impact progress of initiatives.
9. Offers assistance and support to co-workers.
10. Stays informed of current and emerging healthcare industry trends.
