Job Description
Reporting to the director of Continuing & Professional Education (CPE), the assistant director for registration services is responsible for the daily management of the CPE registration team, which serves 25,000 participants through over 300 programs each year.
This position actively promotes an equitable, diverse, and inclusive workplace while also requiring keen attention to detail, exceptional customer service, strong reporting skills, full compliance with internal processes, and excellent record-keeping/documentation skills.
This position will serve as the main point-of-contact for the registration team regarding enrollment and financial activity occurring within CPE's registration system, while also acting as a consultant with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize the overall user experience for staff users and learners alike.
