A week in the life of aSenior Program Manager/SME:

• This SMEshall support various business development efforts on an as needed-basis and participate in technical presentations to the customer, when needed.
• Preference given to candidates who canbring successful program leadership and ITIL implementation experience to guidebusiness development efforts that are aimed at stabilizing and improvingenterprise IT services.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
