Cydecor is a growing Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and is hiring a Test and Evaluation Support Analyst to provide support to N943 for Navy participation in Tri-Service/OSD T&E forums, processes, and products to include Test & Evaluation Board of Directors (BoD), BoD(ES) (Executive Secretariat), BoD Staff, Test Resource Advisory Group (TRAG), and OSD Reliance Process. These duties include supporting the following areas: managing/tracking action items and tasks, coordination of agendas/meetings/minutes, review and coordination of investment proposals, and Navy oversight of database used to collect investment needs. These tasks also involve preparing executive-level assessments, briefings, point papers, memos, products, and correspondence.

Job responsibilities:

  • Support Navy participation, coordination, and leadership of the OSD/Tri-Service T&E forums and processes.
  • Support Navy participation, coordination, and leadership of T&E Board of Directors (BoD), BoD(ES) (Executive Secretariat), and BoD Staff that leads the development of OSD level corporate guidance for T&E infrastructure management, standards and policy, configuration, and investments. This includes setting up meetings, analysis of issues discussed, and managing/tracking all associated actions, tasks, and minutes.
  • Conduct regular daily updates with OPNAV N943B and the Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) lead to continuing defining Reliance Process Outputs and CTEIP input requirements for seamless integration and opportunities to leverage available applications.
  • Support Navy participation, coordination, and leadership of Test Resource Advisory Group (TRAG) that provides executive recommendations on T&E infrastructure requirements and recommendations to the BoD(ES). This includes setting up meetings, analysis of issues discussed, and managing/tracking all associated actions and tasks.
  • Support Navy coordination of Tri-Service/OSD initiatives. Coordinate agendas/meetings between Service T&E Executives, analyze and staff studies/reports, and provide information to N943 for adequate oversight on tasks assigned.
  • Support Navy participation in the formulation of Tri-Service Investment projects.
  • Reliance Execution - Support efforts pertaining to the planning and execution of the OSD Reliance process and panels. Support N943 development, review and approval of all Navy and OSD T&E infrastructure/instrumentation investment projects and proposals, participate in requirements discussions, and makes changes to the tool used to collect and track T&E infrastructure needs.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to N943 review, coordination, and approval of out-of-cycle Navy and OSD sponsored T&E investment projects.
  • Strategic Plan Coordination - Provide technical and administrative support to N943 for coordination of Navy inputs to the OSD/Test Resource Management Center.

Education/Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Prior POM Experience
  • Possible AO Experience
  • OPNAV support Experience
