Account/Partner Manager, Intern Apply to Job Location pin icon Austin, TX | Chicago, IL Apply to Job The Account and Partner Management team is a sales team that is part of Meta's Global Business Group. This team is focused on connecting every business in the world with their customers on Meta and then helping them grow through solutions like Facebook apps and services. Account and Partner Managers are directly responsible for building client relationships and helping advertisers drive business results on Meta through consultation, education, and support. Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. This position is 12 weeks and located in either our Austin, TX or Chicago, IL office. Account/Partner Manager, Intern Responsibilities * Become an expert in Meta's solutions for businesses of all sizes and adapt recommendations quickly to suit varying client needs * Provide lightweight support to clients in partnership with AM's to drive business growth for Small and Medium businesses * Partner with teams across the organization to contribute to ongoing internal business workflows * Consult and coach clients & agencies to achieve greater results on Facebook apps * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner * Identify opportunities to improve ad products and the customer experience * Partner with teams across the organization to contribute to ongoing internal business workflows Minimum Qualifications * Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's degree in sales, advertising, business, marketing, communications, or related field * Experience working and collaborating within a team * Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Preferred Qualifications * Intent to return to full-time degree program after completion of the internship * Internship or work experience working with digital media * Entrepreneurial and experience dealing with ambiguity * Interest in pursuing a career in sales and/or digital marketing * Ability to prioritize and manage tasks within a fast paced environment * Experience working with or in support of diverse communities Locations About Meta Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
