What You Will Do
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assist with processing invoices of Zywave customers on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Assist with the processing of accounts payable on a weekly basis.
Assist with audit increases, price increases, and other similar projects
Assist with preparation of cash receipts and assist with collections efforts.
Perform certain administrative tasks as assigned, i.e. copying, filing, data entry, etc.
Assist with reviewing and processing expense reports.
Assist with activation/deactivation of accounts.
Assist with various analysis and reconciliation projects.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other tasks on projects as needed/assigned.

What You Should Have
Two to five years of accounting education in an undergraduate program.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Accurate computer data entry skills.
Intermediate technical skills in Excel.
Self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Detail oriented with proven accuracy dealing with math and numbers.
Reliable and motivated to perform the job accurately and in a timely fashion.
