Provides administrative support for the AMCAS Director and supervisors. Coordinates office services such as purchasing, time keeping, trial balance, and other administrative activities for AMCAS. Serves as central point of contact for general administrative inquiries. Exercises independent judgment in the resolution of administrative problems. |

Bachelor's degree preferred; some college and 4-5 years of work experience may substitute. Mature, professional and must be able to communicate with senior staff and AAMC constituents and support multiple senior level staff. Experience in a Windows environment; proficiency with e-mail systems and calendar programs (Outlook preferred); word processing (Word), spreadsheet programming (Excel), and PowerPoint skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills, telephone manner, and organizational skills are required. |
