Duties & Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Assist in creating and editingPowerPoint presentations.

  • Maintain and update variousExcel documents.

  • Provide general administrative assistance.

Technical Support:

  • Support with installation of MS Teams Rooms devices.

  • Troubleshoothardware and software issuesfor employees.

  • Set up, configure, or updatelaptops.

Field Services:

  • Verify/test MS Teams Meeting Rooms readiness.

  • Inventory technology equipment.

  • Setup/move IT devices at workstations/office.

  • Perform proper organization of cables at workstations/offices.

  • Interact with customers and provide support.

Project Assistance:

  • Work side by side with IT professionals and participate in projects.

  • Conduct usability and technical testing for digital solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Actively enrolled as an undergraduate student.

  • Pursuing a relevant degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering).

  • Familiarity withMicrosoft Officetools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Basic understanding ofproject managementprinciples.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Skills:

  • Proficiency inExcel,PowerPoint, andWindows.

  • Basic knowledge oflaptops, tablets and mobile phones.

  • Basic knowledge of Network concepts

  • Outstanding organizational skills

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Time management skills

  • Able to provide quality customer service through phone calls, email, and face to face interactions with coworkers and vendors.

Experience:

  • Previous involvement incustomer service

  • Familiarity with IT devices and software.

Physical Demands:

  • Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.

  • Use carts or dollies to transport materials if needed.

  • Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 15lbs.

  • Adhere to all safety guidelines
