First (Days) (United States of America)Sentara PACE is now hiring a Risk Adjustment Coding & Documentation Specialist in Hampton Roads.Shift: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm) / No Holidays or Weekends
Location: Sentara PACE Norfolk and Portsmouth locations (not a remote position)
This role consists of educating PACE providers and staff on appropriate HCC coding & documentation, via virtual sessions and in-person site visits. Duties include retrospective auditing to ensure compliance with appropriate HCC coding & documentation guidelines .
Previous HCC coding experience STRONGLY PREFERRED
